A lot of members realize that management doesn't care about this gym and it shows. Seriously guys - if you just started trying, this place would become light years better overnight. Not okay for members to be playing their own music out loud in the gym. Not okay for members to take equipment into places of the gym they don't belong. I've seen dumbbells in the sauna on more than one occasion. Seriously. Not okay to allow teenagers to swear and use racial slurs loudly all around the gym and not re-rack their weights. I realize that this is just me shouting into the void, but it'd be nice to see someone have a little pride in their work and initiate some change with this gym.
Dear Sirs, I am member since 2003.Yesterday I went to swim at this location and i want to thank you for the pool water temperature. It was perfect to swim, not too cold.The jacuzzi needed to be filled up.But one thing that is not acceptable and needs management attention is the soap at the shower.The soap is so diluted in water that is IMPOSSIBLE to have a clean shower. I had to walk to the sink area and get soap from the hand soap disposer to have a decent shower.Please, take a look at this matter.If I know I will not have soap to shower, I would take mine. Once Lafitness provide us soap, I count on it !!!Thank you !!!
So I've been a member with LA fitness and Esporta for a while now. At one point, I actually was available to help be a witness to a fight that broke out at this location. That all being said, reception can definitely use some work on their bedside manner and courtesy. When someone brings a question that is a completely out of their realm to the attention of the front desk, there should be a little bit more patient with the gas and not treat somebody as if they are problem for having a question.I can understand we're in the end of the holiday season and with a gym, there's going to be an influx of weekend warriors that come in.
