I came here for an appointment after my cat had two unsuccessful surgeries! The staff and the doctor were friendly and answered all my questions to ease my worries! The staff overall wasn’t forceful trying to get you to pay for a million things. My cat was having a situation I believed was an emergency and I kept paying thousands for vets to redo the surgery. Come to find out my cats situation isnt as urgent as I thought. Overall the doctor was SO honest with me and understanding and helped me calm down about my pets current situation. Easily would recommend!
Can’t give this place enough stars. The only veterinarian I’ve found in the 3 states I’ve been a pet owner in that I felt like staff genuinely cares about your animal. Taken my dogs here and they are always greeted kindly and treated with thorough care. Whether it be for routine check up or sickness I always feel a peace of mind about my babies after leaving here.
I've been taking my dog to KRVC since 15 years ago, and the experience has been great. All of the staffs are very friendly and caring and make sure all the needs are met.
My dog has been seen by multiple doctors and assistants, but I'd like to leave a special thanks to Dr. Eliscu and Dr. Joyner.
Recently, my dog went through a life-threatening situation, and Dr. Joyner accurately spotted the issue during a physical examination when I took him in. If the doctor didn't spot the issue in the first place, it's possible that my dog's life couldn't have been saved.
