The app never works you never know if there are sub positions open, the “no subs leave early Wednesday” rule is stupid. If all kids have left why are we being asked to stay? What are we supposed to do stay in an empty classroom? The treatment of subs is horrendous as well.

They play with peoples money and then become impossible to reach and jerk you around. They owe me over $200 and keep telling me I have to wait til Friday! How many Fridays do I have to wait?!?Don’t work here! It’s not worth the headache!

If there was such a thing as zero, that's what I would give this company. They lie to you, think you are ignorant, and play games with job availability. In my case, I think they just plainly hate me. The districts that use this service really don't care about how they treat subs. If you are a qualified educator with credentials, this is not the staffing agency for you. You will be under paid, over worked, and under appreciated by the agency. This agency tries to control my jobs by excluding me from schools they know I am interested and directing me only to schools that I would have no interest in going. For some reason the Kelly staff are into controlling your outcome and like to "dangle a carrot" in your face like slave-masters. In my opinion, they use discrimination tactics because the ones they are excluding me from are in a high income area with a low rate of minorities and high performing; and the ones they are directing me to are low income, with a high percentage minorities, underserved and low performing. I lose my right to choose with this agency and would recommend them to no one. You will never be paid your worth or treated with respect as long as you use Kelly.
