I bought a property that has recently had its roof done, and which came with a 10 yr warranty. A few months later, I had a tiny leak around the skylight. It was a very small leak, but over time damaged the skylight well and the paint at the corner peeled up. I called Keeping You Dry because their license holder on the permit gave me the number. It took a week, and they sent a crew over to look at the problem.

This company was polite, professional, proficient, very good price, the workers did the roof in one day after the materials were delivered. The permits from City Of Orlando was the longest process with this project I would give them 10 stars if I could , very reliable !!!!!
It was very easy to work with Mike, he delivered as promised. We are pleased with our new roof, looks great. Thanks Mike and crew.
