I really like how result-driven and caring my training was. These past 3 months of training with Jason have been phenomenal. From the very first session with Kasheta BodyFit, it was clear that their approach to fitness is deeply rooted in understanding my needs. It not only challenges me but also helps set realistic goals that I can achieve for myself. Additionally, their nutritional guidance complements the workouts perfectly, making my fitness journey more seamless and achievable.

Only my second week into working with Katie but I just had to leave a review— both Jason and Katie have been SO helpful and accommodating with me kickstarting my fitness journey. Katie has already helped me correct my form so that I can feel the exercises working better. She listens to my goals and needs and makes sure she does what she can to help me meet them. Randomly found them on a website and I’m so glad Jason reached out, they’re 100% worth it :)
