Juniper Landscaping

My community in Melbourne Fl has Juniper as our landscaping company. I have had work orders pending for 3 months to repair ruts and dead spots in lawn, and dead grass down to bare dirt in areas where they sprayed herbicide. Irrigation has not worked on one side of our street for 3 months, we have to hand water the lawn and plants. My HOA can't even get anyone to show up as Juniper is ignoring work orders. Many issues with this company in our 55+ community. Juniper doesn't care.

We have Juniper Landscaping as our HOA contracted Landscapers. The management, Jimmy and Angel, for the crews have been excellent! They are very open to discussing concerns. Every time I have communicated with the crew in person, they have fulfilled their promises and even went as far as taking care of issues at no cost. Every crew member will stop what they are doing and talk to us. If they do not know the answer, they will message or call the lead and ask them to come by.Services: Lawn landscaping

Thanks so much for a job well done. Iram and Elvis planted 3 trees today in my yard in 90 plus temp. In the midst of the heat they were professional, patient and ensured the job was done to my satisfaction. Thanks so much to T. Keating who coordinated and designed the landscaping.
