I got two piercings done today — a flat surface and a nipple piercing — and the entire team made the experience amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel safe and comfortable from the moment I walked in.
Liz was phenomenal! She worked quickly, explained everything, and the process was way less painful than I expected. Her technique and energy were 10/10.
