THANK YOU so much to JoeTechie!! After a couple unsuccessful attempts at getting my computer up and running after the hard drive crashed, I needed the documents off my hard drive... and i needed them FAST. Joe was able to take care of restoring the documents quickly so I could get back to writing my 30 page brief!! Seriously this was a lifesaver. Great service and he took the time to explain what the next steps were for fixing my computer entirely. Cant thank him enough!
