I've been getting my nails done with Joann for over a year now. I usually like to get complex styles with different designs on every nail and 3D art on builder gel. I also get a matching gel pedicure. Joann always does such a great job at recreating my inspo or realizing my vision!! She's also great at making conversation or sitting in comfortable silence so I never feel pressure or uncomfortable. I always feel comfortable voicing my opinion on how the nails are coming out and she is always willing to make adjustments.
