I took my XBox in because no image was displayed on my TV. I tested multiple cables and TV’s it turns on. Just no video output. They had it diagnosed and ready and repaired within an hr. I actually had to ask them to hold it a couple of days because I wasn’t expecting it to be repaired so fast. They were excellent with communication. The cost was $120 to replace my video chip and solder another one on. It looked and worked perfectly.
I couldn’t be more pleased. I plan to bring every broken console to them in the future.

I thought the best solution was to ship my PS5 to Sony. Wait for them to diagnose along with shipping times. Also, wasn't sure if my son would get it back before Christmas.
Discovered this friendly and very knowledgeable electronics store that specializes in reparing PS5's. My disc reader was malfunctioning. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue by the time I drove out for a quick bite to eat. Amazing service with a smile at a very reasonable price compared to the first option. Highly recommend.
