Jessica Arce is being doing my hair at JCP at The loop in the 7 yrs she being working there I will never allow no one to do my hair only her because from day one she being so professional, doing color, hair cut and stilling my hair the way I want. kudos to Jessica to be the best master hair stylist at JCP at the loop I recommend her to anyone.
