Janney Roofing was diligent in making sure everything was within code and performed the re-shingling with integrity - replacing rotted or broken rafters as needed. I would recommend them to a neighbor.
We added an addition on to our home as well as re-doing the existing roof. Jeremy Zobel was amazing. He is very professional and explained all our options and the process. Top notch. They were very patient with us as our General Contractor was not timely at all. Once he got us to the point of the roof, Janney took over and had it completed in 1 1/2 days. Super professional and it looks amazing. Everyone from Dennys our project manager to Annette in the office was great to work with. But the guys who busted their butts on the roof are the heart of the business. They did amazing. Thanks to everyone involved. We recently had a new roof installed by Janney Roofing and we are SO IMPRESSED with the process and quality from initial contact to final inspection. The work is solid and the customer care is worth every single penny. Our Sales Rep was Brad J. and he was truly superb! He was incredibly knowledgeable and accessible and definitely not “sales-ey” so don’t worry about that. There was no such thing as a stupid question and he took the time to explain literally everything we wanted to know. He admitted to being an overcommunicator and that sealed the deal for us!
