Michelle cured some terrible issues I had with renewal RX I had experienced for 3 months. She is special. If you are fortunate enough to deal with her, you can consider that you won the lottery.
The staff members are all very professional and welcoming - including everyone at the other office as well! They are efficient - I can be confident that the wait will be minimal. Doctor Parrillo listens to my concerns, and we make decisions on my care together (but he has the last word)!
My appointment time was met, it always is. Excellent Customer Service @ front desk and Staff. Doctor Parrillo is amazing as he is always thorough shares lab results and offers time for any and all questions or concerns. I consistently tell friends and others to switch to him as their Primary Care Physician.
