Indoor Air Quality Solutions, IAQS

These guys are incredible. I was having odor issues in a newly purchased home, and was wary of calling in mold specialists. IAQs sells no remediation, so they're only focused on identifying the cause of the issue. Which they did, and wrote an incredible report that could be handed off to contractor and HVAC specialist. They will even come back to make sure work was done to their specs. It's so rare to be able to fully trust a service provider, but this small, family run business is completely transparent and goes out of their way *not* to cost you more money than necessary.

Indoor Air Quality Solutions is without a doubt one of the best companies we have ever used. They were both professional and kind and made us feel comfortable with the direction we needed to take. We immediately felt confident in their knowledge and in their advice. I would highly recommend this company!

The technician came out and assessed the problem, did a balancing act while taking photos from the roof and chimney and wrote up a very descriptive assessment to define what the issues are and what needs to be done to remedy them. Very satisfied with the work and consultation that was provided.
