I called after getting my keys locked in the car and I was instantly called back by Larissa. She came in 15 minutes and opened my door/unlocked in 5!!!!! She’s amazing!! Definitely will recommend!!!

I locked my keys in my car late at night on Saturday (my roadside assistance was closed on Sundays :/ ), I called IBS on Sunday morning (they are open 7 days a week), technician was there in 15 min (!). Problem solved, crisis averted. I really appreciate the straightforward, timely, and no nonsense service. No hidden fees nothing. Larissa was the technician and she was super personable and helpful
