I didn’t have a service performed by them, but instead called to get a recommendation for a really good interior door lock (brand/model). The initial gentleman I spoke with, was a little taken back by the question, but was helpful and connected me to the locksmith Joseph. Joseph was not only very kind, but very informative. Even though I wasn’t having a service done, he made sure to ask about my situation and provide me with as much detail as he could. He also made sure that I understood everything. If I ever need a locksmith, I’m definitely going with IBS and I’m requesting him.

Excellent service, great price. Larissa has been amazing with us. We had to call her at least 3 times over the past month and she is always quick to reply and to setup the appointments, even on short notice. I highly recommend IBS.

I lost my key to my car. They came late at night and helped me make a new key. Whole process took about 30 min. Joseph and Issac were the two guys that showed up. Very professional and nice guys! In addition to helping me make a new key, they fixed my driver side lock for free. Apparently there was some debris stuck inside and it did not let the key go in. I am embarrassed to say this but it had been like that for 6 months. I had gotten used to going in through the passenger door. I can't recommend this company enough. I will call them again whenever I need any locksmith service.
