I absolutely love my experience at this HOTWORX Location! Mimi is literally a bundle of joy. She is always so bubbly, sweet, and welcoming every time I come in. Even before I signed up, I called with a bunch of questions and she was so helpful. When I came in, she showed me around, explained the app and rewards, showed me all the cute stuff you can purchase, and they have a vending machine in the back with goodies & you can rent a mat for $5 if you need one. She really made me feel comfortable. I’m so happy I signed up!
