Later on, Kevin called me back and explained to me that after he consulted with some engengineer , he recommended me to hire some contractors to rerebuild that dead valley to prevent further leaks. “I am happy with the results, with the initial process of getting an estimate and with the workmanship.

My biggest criticism in the scheduling. I got my initial estimate in a very timely and professional way. I made my payment and then never heard from anyone until I was called the night before to say they were showing up. No one every called me or asked when a good time would be, just "here's when we're coming." Of course, that time didn't work and then we went back and forth with me being the dark about when they would come again. Then I got a call asking if I could change my schedule to the next day. I said "fine" and they said I would get an email with the exact time. Email never came. I finally called at 11:45 and asked when they were coming and I was told 1:00 PM. At 2:00 PM I called (having heard nothing) and was told they were running late and would show up at 2:30. They finally showed up a little after 3:00 and were done by 5:00.

So, like I said, the whole scheduling thing is just a mess. They need to work on that. Melissa in the office was very helpful and I believe it's the system and the process for scheduling - not her.

I would use them again, but keep in mind that you will be frustrated with the scheduling and will need to be proactive.“

“Rhyne Restoration has been an answer to our prayers. In September 2024, our home was struck by lightening. As a result, our tile roof was damaged. We filed a claim with our insurance company. With the exception of 1 company, everyone that inspected our roof said we needed a complete replacement as the integrity of it was compromised. Insurance hired their own structural engineer and said a replacement was all that was needed. With the opinion of 3 Public Adjusters, we decided to challenge this decision. We hired a Public Adjuster, after 3 weeks nothing was done. We broke the contract and hired another one that was recommended by the roofing contractor we thought would replace our roof. After 4 more weeks, we were no further along than when I worked on it myself. Paying 20 percent for a Public Adjuster seemed more reasonable than a huge retainer for an attorney but they did not help us.

Still obtaining estimates, I met with Rhyne Restoration. I was told they would help with an attorney if insurance refused to negotiate with them. Of course, there was no progress with our insurance company. It was turned over to Hans at Kennon Law Group. Between him and Rhyne Restoration, they took care of the rest. Certainly we were nervous. It seemed to good to be true. Then we received the news, insurance settled and we would be getting a roof.

I met with Todd, the President, Jason, the General Manager, Kevin and Marcelo. All of these men were excellent and took time to explain the process and keep us informed. Jason was on property everyday during our roof install and checked-in with me daily. The work crew was kind, professional, respectful, and neat. Today our roof is complete and it looks beautiful!

We cannot recommend this company enough. They care and are committed to help! They will be back to reseal and paint our home. They will also be installing our new gutters!

“If you are a Semi Truck driver and you have to unload it is quite fast. Arrive around 8:00 am because the place is small and is full of cars until 8:00 am. The place is very tight to park if you are not very practical with parking you will have a lot of work. The staff is super nice and they unload you pretty quickly.“

His pricing was reasonable and we agreed on a start date. There was some trouble getting the materials shortly before the job started , but Andre was able to work it out quickly and without delaying the project. He even worked around our vacation! We came back home to see the finished project. It was a huge improvement to our home and we are so appreciative that Andre and his team did such a great job. “I was very suprised to see any negative reviews about this company. I have had nothing but excellent service from the owners and Matthew, their r epresentative.
Due to a problem caused by a previous company who tried to double the price, knowing I did not live in the USA I was left in a positipn where I nearly couldn't get insurance for my house. Matthew and the team replaced my roof at a particularly difficult time weather wise and finished it in one day, because they knew of the problem I was facing. They bought in two teams and worked a 12 hour day, getting the roof replaced in one day.
They wer professional and helpful throughout, especially Matthew, and I know my management company are giving them more contracts as a result of their dilligence.
