The hairstylist did a good job cutting my hair, and I was pleased with the haircut. However, the customer service experience could have been better. She seemed rushed despite the salon not being busy. At the end of the appointment, she briefly showed me the mirror and then went straight to the register. I also had to ask for a comb so I could style my hair myself. Overall, the haircut was good, but the experience felt somewhat impersonal and lacked the extra attention that makes a salon visit feel special.
