The haircut was great. There's not a bad hair stylist. The customer just failed to describe the haircut that you want. Best way is to show a picture of the haircut from your phone. The only thing I didn't like is that when they use the clippers, they leave some stray hairs. Mainly in the back so you can't see it, but you can feel it when you get home. I must grab scissors or clippers and go over that area again. It's not specific to one stylist. It's different ones and at different locations. It's not a big deal. It still beats a $45 fade at one of those fancy barber shops.

Arrived at 4:55 PM on 7/9. Door was open. Outside open sign was on. Was told they were closed. I understand it’s Sunday and employees want to go home however they should set the expectations with any clientele. They should change hours on the door and internet to reflect an earlier time.
