Geek Squad is always great, but we wanted to give a special shout out to Wesley (at the E. Colonial store). He has helped us more than once, and every time, he is very friendly, very knowledgeable, up front with expectations, and took the time to answer all our questions. He is a perfect example of great customer service!

The employee that checked us in was very nice and was trying to be helpful. But the tech told me my laptop couldn't have the RAM upgraded and that I could only just upgrade my laptop. Took the laptop somewhere else and it was done in less than half an hour.

Recently went in to buy a 4k tv. The website said they had two in-stock at East Colonial Dr. Waited a while for assistance (approx 20 minutes). They seemed short staffed? It didn't appear very busy. They said they were out and hadn't had that model in the store for a while. The team member looked at other stores online (I had to ask) and directed me elsehwhere (Waterford). I asked that they call and verify that the model is available at the other store. They informed me that store phones no longer dial out (nor receive calls). Nor could I or they call any Best Buy location with a cell phone and get a live human on the phone. So I called it a day and left empty handed. I...read full review
