    Recently went in to buy a 4k tv. The website said they had two in-stock at East Colonial Dr. Waited a while for assistance (approx 20 minutes). They seemed short staffed? It didn't appear very busy. They said they were out and hadn't had that model in the store for a while. The team member looked at other stores online (I had to ask) and directed me elsehwhere (Waterford). I asked that they call and verify that the model is available at the other store. They informed me that store phones no longer dial out (nor receive calls). Nor could I or they call any Best Buy location with a cell phone and get a live human on the phone. So I called it a day and left empty handed. I was disappointed in the level of customer service I received, and the lact of phone support is ridiculous. It doesn't make any sense. And apparently that's how it's been for some time now. I don't care to drive all over town to check for stock Best Buy advertises as In-Stock on the store website. Would you rather I just purchase online and have it delivered? Then why have a brick and mortar store? I like shopping at physical stores. And I'd rather not be looking for a TV (or certain other electronics, that I'd like to see in person) to buy via Amazon, you're main competitor. But I am not liking Best Buy of late. Hope you'll consider my comments as constructive criticism from a long-time customer and improve.
