Feeling BRAND NEW again after my visit with Luis @ Fig’s! Not going to lie I was nervous about a hair appointment with all the reopening and new protocols, but I seriously felt like I was walking into a medical facility today! (In a good way) First, I never even touched a door handle. Luis texted me when he was ready for me and met me at the door to walk me in. He took my temp at the door also. He had wiped everything down with a medical grade wipe and let it sit the recommended 10minutes before I was even called in. He wore a mask and I wore a mask the whole time & my hair turned out gorgeous as always. I’ve been going to Luis for nearly 10 years and he is seriously the best! I always love my hair and always feel like I get VIP treatment.

Phenomenal customer service and quality hair services!!!! He listens to what the client wants and does exactly that. He gas fair prices and you cannot beat the privacy of being attended to in a private studio! I absolutely recommend seeing Fig!!!
