I had an excellent experience with this company! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding—everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions, especially Jeff. Jeff was a gem to work with. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with respect.
The craftsmanship of the fence is top-notch. Every detail was carefully done, and you can really see the quality in the finished product. Not only does the fence look amazing, but it’s also sturdy and built to last. I’ve already received compliments from neighbors, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
We contracted with Fence Mall to remove an old chain-link fence and replace it with a scalloped vinyl one. Daniel was our contact person who worked with us closely to provide a reasonable proposal and make sure we were getting everything we asked for; he was great through the entire process. The work was completed by Gilberto's team who was equally amazing. The entire process was completed professionally and quickly. We absolutely appreciated Daniel and the team as well as management who addressed every question we had. Great job!
