I lost my dad right before the holidays. It was sudden and overwhelming to say the least. Right before he died, we had gone to Family Funeral Care for an estimate to have an idea for the future. Who knew that it turned out to be the last smart thing we did. Jenny, who was in charge of organizing the details from the catering to the caskets and urns, was extremely helpful in explaining their services in detail and provide their payment packages. Thanks to her, I was able to get dad's arrangements done quickly and use the preset package my dad had planned on getting. Becky was the kindest, most responsive person. She was very patient and provided all my questions, even “after hours.” Gayanne was very helpful and kind to us upon receiving the urn. Excellent service!
