“Celine is the best of the best at lashes. I met her in Orlando back in 2009 and she has lashed me through a lot of life over the past 15 years. The times I’ve been in pinch and have had to find someone else to do my lashes have always sucked because literally no one comes close to Celine. She is super talented at what she does. She recently moved to Jacksonville and better believe I will road-trip it up from Orlando just to get my lashes done. It’s 10000% worth it!! If you’re looking for a lash artist, Celine is your girl. Also, I heard she is giving lash classes up in Jax so if that’s something you wanna do, might as well learn from the best.“
