Appointment was for 11:30AM. I checked in at 11:07AM. At 1:35 PM still waiting as it’s a cattle call waiting room. Don’t get up and go to the bathroom cause if you yell HERE! you’ll be skipped. Other people whose appointment was at 8:30AM didn’t get seen until AFTER 11:30AM. Patients who come on a regular basis said it’s always like this. They’re going to freak out when they get my bill for making me wait and then small claims court to collect.

Computers went down early in the morning causing EXTREME delays. It’s very unprofessional to not notify clients BEFOREHAND but instead to expect people to wait 2-3 hours AFTER an appointment time to be seen when you could have simply called the clients. Extremely unprofessional, uncaring and lacking common sense. Do not go here if you value your time.

Dr. Goncalves is amazing! She is professional and caring and works to make her patient's feel at ease. Her assistant, Juia, is great too. Everyone there treated me with respect and kindness. Highly recommend!
