Computers went down early in the morning causing EXTREME delays. It’s very unprofessional to not notify clients BEFOREHAND but instead to expect people to wait 2-3 hours AFTER an appointment time to be seen when you could have simply called the clients. Extremely unprofessional, uncaring and lacking common sense. Do not go here if you value your time.
Dr. Goncalves is amazing! She is professional and caring and works to make her patient's feel at ease. Her assistant, Juia, is great too. Everyone there treated me with respect and kindness. Highly recommend!
Dr. Goncalves is wonderful. She makes you feel like her priority with one-on-one communication and attention to detail. Her gentle demeanor and calming presence make eye exams less intimidating. She helped me as I transitioned into needing my first pair of prescription glasses ever, and subsequently cured my headaches! I would highly recommend her to anyone.
