Called here to make an appointment for my daughter as she was referred by her pediatrician. The scheduler that I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and talked down to me like I was an idiot. Absolutely not. I will be taking my daughter’s medical needs elsewhere.
Horrible experience and if you plan on using Insurance think again they let you use it for the exam but don't take any Insurance for glasses or frames they make you pay completely out of pocket for both what's the point of taking Insurance for the exam but not the glasses itself. If i known ahead of time i wouldnt of even wasted my time. Also they make you sign a form if they run a certain test on you and pay $50 out of pocket guess what they do it to everyone and dont even explain the different tests during the exam either. Dr. Victor Thomas is a bully and a horrible doctor. He tried to play like he knew me, we had never met. He attacked me with his light, blinding me. I asked him to stop, he pushed my arms away and called me a big baby. I was SO traumatized I didn't even know what was happening. Horrible Dr. I'm SO upset and angry. Do not see this Dr.
