I don't know what alternate universe the people leaving 1 star reviews are in, but it's not mine. I've been going to eye doctors for 50 years and this was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. The techs and Dr. Thomas were great. This office is a little farther from my home, but it is now my permanent eye doctor.

I can really feel and see that she personally cares about my eyesight. She is kind and has really helped with her incredible knowledge and training. Today my eye pressure has gone down again and I could see the joy in here face as she told me. I am so lucky to have found her as my eye sight is getting better. I owe it all to Dr. Humphrey and her very caring, supporitve and knowledgeable team.

The doctor was fine but they made my 3 year old wait FOUR HOURS to complete her appt. It was ridiculous, I mean these are children. They said it’s not usually like that but judging by the reviews, it is.
