Always a pleasant experience! Reception area, rooms are always clean and tidy up. The ambiance is positive, the staff smile the moment you open the door. Zuleiny was my previous tech and she is AWESOME! No complaints! 6 stars if I had the option
I am a consistent returning customer! I will only have my Brazilians done by Zuleny. If she is unavailable I will reschedule for a time that she is. She is very personable and sweet, and her nice small talk helps me get through the waxing experience with ease. Not only that but she is an excellent waxer, I’ve had my share of experience with different waxers (is that what they would be considered lol? Sorry if not) and they do not all compare. They all have very different methods and hers is one that i will stand by and continue to use! 10/10 recommend her!
Stephanie is the best! I really appreciate her attention to detail and ability to help me remain as comfortable as possible during the process. She has helped my skin improve so much also with her recommendations for products and how often to use them. I have new found confidence about an area that usually made me very embarrassed.
