Essential Roof & Repair is a great company! Tim brings over 20 years of experience and is licensed and insured. He completed a total reroof for my husband and I in Feb and did an amazing job. My husband is a structural engineer and has seen some awful roofs but said ours was very well done. *** communicates well and provides great customer service. Don't let the age of his company deter you. Everyone has to start somewhere and this guy obviously has the experience because it shows! Very competitive pricing as well. I highly recommend.

I had a small leak that I thought was a nail head only. Tim came out and fixed it. He said he was 99% sure we got it. Well it leaked again and I only caught it because I installed a camera in the attic and I could see the insulation getting wet. He came back out and removed the shingles to find a huge hole in tar paper and really rotted wood. After our last rain storm nice and dry up there! He was very, very fair on what he charged. Tim was super. Called him for a leak issue. Told me he would be out the very next day to look at it. Gave me a detailed plan of what needed to be done and quoted the job (very reasonable) on a Friday. Told me he would be out first thing on Monday to take care of the repair. He was, Finished that day, cleaned up the site with no issues.One of the very few contractors I have dealt with that did exactly what they said and did the job in the time they committed to. Will use Tim for sure in the future.Services: Roof repair
