Emser has a beautiful Showroom in West Orlando. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and will help you find what you're looking for; it will help if you bring ideas, pictures, etc. since choosing Tile is, or can be, complicated and a bit overwhelming but it's not Emser's fault. It is more that there is so much gorgeous tile to from which to choose! This company was always willing to answer our questions, help us put together ideas and encourage our creativity. I have only the best memories of their assistance in choosing our flooring in 2023. I will caution any homeowner that most of the tile companies that we have dealt with across the past few years seem to prioritize business hours that match with contractors and decor/flooring companies. By that I mean, if you happen to work full-time Monday through Friday, you may find that most tile and stone companies are only open part of the weekend if at all== that was a concern for us since we happen to live at a distance from the side of Orlando that hosts many of the tile and stone companies. It certainly helps to hire a contractor, if not also a designer who can have accounts with the wholesale companies and can obtain samples more readily for you. All in all, we were very satisfied with the friendly and efficient customer service, as well as the selection at Emser Tile.
We have worked with Emser tile for numerous years and have always been treated with the "above and beyond" treatment that everyone hopes for. Kelly (our sales rep) is responsive and always willing to help with his knowledge and experience. Jammy is always a source of wisdom when it comes to customer service. Thank you for all you do for us.
Slightly irritated by this company. I don't know how Tracy Landsdell is an operations manager. It's really hard to get her to respond or do anything for you. If shes too busy can you get her an assistant? Also, It's kind of like she has no brain. Sorry but not sorry. You ask a simple question and it's like talking to a brick wall, I would think operations managers should be able to problem solve and find solutions. Or maybe go out of their way to make a customer happy. THIS IS NOT an operations manager!I am so about to take my business elsewhere.
