ROGER,JAMES,MIKE,JACK,CALEB from Emerald Plumbing were great. They arrived a little after 8am in a nice-looking big truck. I was a little worried about this major upgrade and had a million questions on how they would repipe my house. The lead installer, Roger, answered all my questions and told me that his crew repipes a house just about every day. He told me not to worry about anything because I was in good hands. He really put me at ease They completed what I thought to be an almost impossible job on my 4 bedroom 2 bath house in about 7 hours. I was so glad to get this major upgrade to my house behind me. I want to thank Emerald Plumbing for sending ROGER, JAMES, MIKE, JACK, CALEB to do this job. It went smooth as silk. Plus they had the lowest bid I got.
We recently had a water heater installed by Emerald Plumbing. We found it to be much more efficient to take advantage of their all-inclusive deal where they provided a commercial grade water heater, delivery, installation, installation parts, and haul away of the old unit, all for one out-the-door price. Ours wasn't an emergency so we had the time to shop and compare. The base units at a big box store seemed like a good deal until we began to add up all the separate charges and number of days we would've had to be available. The best deal we were offered from a big box was a residential grade water heater, with separate charges for each of the following: delivery, installation kit, installation, permits, any possible additional hardware needed, and haul away. It would be installed by a sub-contracted installer. It would have taken at least 2 separate days to complete, and there was a one to two week wait. Emerald Plumbing brought the water heater and all necessities with them and completed the entire install within two hours, this was only two days after we called them. Our price comparison brought Emerald Plumbing in at $250 cheaper than the package deal from the big box stores. Don't be fooled by the big box store prices. We've used Emerald Plumbing for over ten years now and we highly recommend them.
