We chose EcoShield initially because we have pets and children in our home and we wanted a relatively safe pests solution. However, I have stayed with EcoShield because of their superior customer service. Today Brandon serviced our home. He was very personable, professional and thorough. He even attended to the fire ants in the backyard which have been terrorizing us. We feel safe now in our own home knowing that we are covered.Service: Bug & insect extermination

Each encounter I have had, from field technicians, to office personnel, has been very pleasant and satisfying. Today, I spoke with BEL to schedule an interior treatment, and she was exceptionally courteous and kind.
