Cori showed up less than three hours after my call to pump my tank. She did a great job and left everything clean and neat upon departure. Very thorough and professional with lots of photo documentation.
This is our third time working with this company. And this last time we called was just as good as the first call we made. Which shows consistency in a company and is what we as customers look for in a company. From our first call with Chrissy in the office to Cori and David who came by our house were amazingly professional. I cannot say enough about Cori. She came by real early in the morning, but not without a courteous phone call ahead of time to let me know she’s on her way. She held her own and did a great job. I hired Drainage Solutions to empty my septic tank, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Ben and Robert did an excellent job—they arrived on time, were very professional, and explained everything clearly. They worked quickly, left everything clean, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s not the kind of job you want to worry about, so having a reliable team like this makes all the difference.
