I’ve been going to this place for years and it’s gone way down hill unfortunately. They don’t answer the phone, they close whenever they feel like it, they don’t call you to let you know when your items are ready for pick up. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I am also not sure why Dr. Tartibi’s name is still affiliated with this place, as she has not worked here for years.

Our appt was on 9/25. We ordered 3 pair of glasses that day. The cost was over $700 and we still have not received our glasses. I have been calling for over 3 weeks and get no responses except 1 on the 19th of Oct which the voicemail said they would be sent within 3 days. It is the 30th now and still no call back or glasses. Run away from these people. If I could there would be 0 stars

I have been going to this office for 2-3 years. It is a rarity when someone actually answers the phone when you call. it does not matter the day or time. Competitive prices but the wait for any reply is outrageous.I would rather spend the money to go somewhere where they do not forget to order my prescription, they pick up the phone when someone calls, or they timely return your call. One time, i had to physically show up at the office to get an answer. The office is never busy so it just doesn't add up.
