I originally saw Dr J for the V lift lunch break facelift! I was NOT happy. I tolerate pain pretty well but this procedure was rough for me. I also didn’t get the results I wanted and I left an obnoxious review. I admit they did reach out to me several times before I left the review but I was mad so I didn’t return the call. I instead warned everyone to stay away. That was completely unnecessary and not fair. When they reached out again recently I told them I had a bad experience. They immediately offered to see me and make things right. I was skeptical but figured they should be aware of why I left that review. As soon as I walked in I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the office and professionalism of the staff. Dr. J and his crew are great at what they do; making you feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. Highly recommend.
