Sent pictures of my hair and pictures of what I wanted. We agreed on a color correction @ $450 and a haircut @ $80. When we talk before starting the service I showed her the pictures again of what I wanted and told her, I want to remove the red hair and blend my grays. She spends about 1 hr adding some highlights and darkening the rest of my hair. Then adds the root smudge &toner. My hair looks nice, but is not what I asked for and instead of blending my grays she cover them with dark color, which is not what I asked for.
