I can't say enough about Dan's Fans, especially the people that work at this location. Neil is one of the nicest people we've ever met. He is super helpful and knowledgeable. He wants to help you, but doesn't overburden you with pushy sales tactics or anything like that. We'll always go to Dan's Fans for our fan needs!
I have to give 5 stars for service and standing behind their products. I ended up returning some fans for some technical challenges however, they took the fans back cheerfully and without any problems. Their tech support line actually works also, a person in Tampa, Florida at the actual factory helps. Just great service from a local small business.
