We needed some Warranty repairs done on an Cummins ENGINE installed in an Emergency Vehicle getting some transmission work done in our shop, they sent their mobile service tech AJ and we are glad they did, he did a great job, kept the working area tidy and had the best attitude, he was extremely respectful and patient while explaining the work performed !It was great having him here, we definitely need more AJs in our daily interactions. CUMMINS Orlando is lucky to have him.

Needed some warranty work for waterpump leak on Onan QD marine generator. Outstanding service right from the get-go. Laura then Chris made all the arrangements quickly (because we were ready to sail away) and handled all the logistics and answered all our concerns. Eric serviced the engine. He was polite and punctual. Nothing more to say. Very impressed with Cummings who stood by their warranty.

Based on other’s recommendations I drove ninety miles to this facility to get a difficult RV generator problem serviced. At a time when good service is difficult to find this facility is the exception. I interacted with parts, the office, service, and management. This is a well managed operation with a customer oriented approach and competent people.
