I can't say enough good things about the Cummins service center here in Orlando. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my engine and kept me informed every step of the way.
The technician who worked on my vehicle was a true expert. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. 5 star service from Joe and Bob in the Orlando parts department. While they were on vacation, I tried to order hoses and Les couldn’t find my part or my account even though Joe had it set up. Will go back this week and order from Bob or Joe. Should have had them already. Parts come in next day.
Don't bother with the 1 star service department. I’ve been trying for a month to get Samantha and Carlos to call me back. I even emailed them the customer information sheet they requested and they said they do travel and work on Cummins on boats to send pics which I also did. Silence.

We needed some Warranty repairs done on an Cummins ENGINE installed in an Emergency Vehicle getting some transmission work done in our shop, they sent their mobile service tech AJ and we are glad they did, he did a great job, kept the working area tidy and had the best attitude, he was extremely respectful and patient while explaining the work performed !It was great having him here, we definitely need more AJs in our daily interactions. CUMMINS Orlando is lucky to have him.
