They are lacking in communication, slow to respond. In emergency situations after hours, you can't reach anyone. They did a very poor job on a pothole repair that immediately failed, and I have been trying to get them to correct it for 5 months now. And 12 emails later, they have still done nothing. Sadly I have to terminate their services. I require people to answer the phone in an emergency and respond quickly when I need things done on my properties.

This company claims they service the property but they must hire lazy employees that pretend they are doing any type of cleaning on the properties. They claim to pressure wash overnight but work is not done. When we brought all to the owner's attention he started yelling and threating to send us to collection. We refuse to pay for work not done and we are force to pay did because of the time that has pass by of them not providing proof that work was done. All our tenants complained that the shopping center was never cleaned.
