So I had an issue with a CPU I purchased and Ricardo gave me great advice on how to resolve it. He is very personable and works with you to come up with solutions quickly. I'll definitely contact him again if I have a similar issue.
Amazing service-- Ricardo was easily reachable, knew exactly what I needed for my laptop, and traveled to our home in Casselberry to replace the battery. He was super friendly and knowledgeable (and our baby loved watching him work). Highly recommend!
