Customer service was excellent. Ricardo went above & beyond to help my elderly father with his tech problems. I’m 3000 miles away & he was able to help my Dad as if he was his own. So thankful

I highly recommend Tech Forge Computers for any computer needs you might have. The owner, Ricardo Deven is top-notch. The first thing I found was how prompt Ricardo was. I left a message early, they said they open at 10 AM and Ricardo called me at 10 AM sharp. The second thing I noted is he’s efficient and prompt, came out the next day to my house and picked up the computer after diagnosing my problem. He brought the computer back fully functional and repaired on the day he said he would. Then took the time to explain everything to me. Extremely satisfied with Ricardo and his company.

So I had an issue with a CPU I purchased and Ricardo gave me great advice on how to resolve it. He is very personable and works with you to come up with solutions quickly. I'll definitely contact him again if I have a similar issue.
