The Cold Wall Team did an exceptional job in replacing one of our HVAC systems. Everyone was friendly, professional, punctual and they completed the work in a timely manner.This was a great job well done by an outstanding team. I also appreciate Kip taking the time to explain to me some of the technical aspects of the new system. Highly recommended and I will certainly be using this team again to replace a second HVAC system. Thank you to the entire Cold Wall Team!

Ron and Kip were once again a life saver! We were headed to the theme parks today and found out early that the capacitor fail on the condenser unit. They came out and we left. When they were done testing we closed the doors while we were at the park. Ron and Kip are highly trustworthy, efficient, and the best to deal with. This is the 2nd time they have saved us! Will always use them!

I called this morning right when they opened and talked to Cherine. She was very professional and responsive. She called me right back and told me they could get someone out to our house today and explained the service fee. RonDale arrived around 12:45pm and fixed our problem within 15 min. of being there. He was the main reason I called this company because his name was mentioned numerous times in other google reviews. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I could understand. This team is top notch and I will be calling them for any future AC repairs. Thank you for all of your help today!
