As I read the reviews of this establishment, I'm shocked. My son and I both had appointments this week with this dentist office. None what the negative things that I have read were done. Upon check in, we were greeted accordingly, as expected. I believe we may have waited about 15mins after the appt time before being seen (the wait time at my PCP is longer than that). I went in because of pain, which I knew I wanted it pulled. Dr. Shaker came in, introduced herself and we began to have a doctor/patient conversation. Sandra is an absolutely amazing Doc, quick and very understanding. She’s very outgoing and took real good care of my father. I will be switching doctors just so I can have Sandra as my main Dental doctor.
Pretty good experience with Coast Dental.. They took X-rays of my teeth and diagnosed me with periodontal disease. Coast Dental was very fair in working with me on the costs of the dental work I needed to treat my periodontal disease. Very pleased with the service I received.
