Shawn came out when I was desperate. He was so knowledgeable and helpful when some of the other companies I called didn’t treat me like a customer. Very nice people but more importantly honest and truly good at what they do. I can’t recommend them enough.

We recently had a septic inspection and pump out, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by Donald, from Clear Flow Environmental. We were impressed by his professionalism, efficiency, and the vast knowledge he has of septic systems. Being first time septic users felt a bit daunting. Donald shared some of his experience with us, and taught us how everything works, which made us feel a lot more confident. The company responded promptly to our request for an inspection, and the appointment and billing process was also easy and efficient.
