The Project Manager, Karrie Krell, did a fantastic job converting a screened porch/lanai to a three-season sunroom. They paid close attention to details on a tight project schedule and ensured all aspects of the job were completed ahead of schedule. Employees and subcontractors were courteous and professional. CJS Aluminum's high-quality work and excellent service gave customers a fantastic living space. They installed 6" gutters along with 3x4 downspouts in white. The sales rep was on time and gave a quote before leaving. The gutters look very nice and keep water away from the foundation. Customers called for a quote and got an amazing price, with installation coming back sooner than expected. The gutter has made a world of a difference for homes.
The Crew they sent out to my house was great and made quick work out of installing my new gutters. The gutters look great and match with the prior gutters the company installed on our house a few years ago.
I've used CJS Aluminum a number of years ago when I could not get anyone to look at some minor soffit repair. They came out and fixed them at a reasonable cost considering my repairs probably took them less than 20 minutes and I live well outside the city.
Fast forward to present. I had some issues getting someone to come to my place and inspect, primarily due to what sounds like an employee who is no longer there. I stayed with it since I knew the team that does the repairs is phenomenal. I had about 15 feet of soffit ripped out from Hurricane Milton and other areas of lose soffit. This is a great company to choose for installing gutters on your home! Their prices are fair and their installers are experienced and care about providing a quality finished product. Their owner went above and beyond to deliver an excellent solution to a challenging issue with our install. I don’t often leave reviews, but I highly recommend CJS Aluminum as an excellent company, run by people with integrity. You can count on them to deliver a quality job at a fair price!
