I visited City Vet today with my sick guinea pig. She is a beloved class pet and her care was extremely important to me as well as the 45 kids that I teach. Every single person at City Vet was kind, thorough, welcoming and made me feel like my tiny little pet actually mattered to them. They took the time to explain every single detail of her condition and care and I am eternally grateful for the experience we had.
We had an emergency with our dog Tokio today and we are incredibly grateful with CityVet Lake Nona for accepting us as a walk-in new patient. While other clinics in the area did not had on-site providers available today Saturday, Dr. Lipp and her amazing team were willing to see Tokio right away. From the moment we arrived, Tokio was treated with so much love, patience, and compassion, which truly meant the world to us during a very stressful time. The clinic is fully equipped with on-site imaging, and Dr. Lipp took the time to show us the images, explain everything thoroughly, and answer all of our questions without rushing us. We are beyond thankful for the exceptional care we received and will absolutely be staying with this clinic as permanent patients. Highly recommend!
