Chloe is literally the absolute best! ?% the best nail experience I've ever had ^_^Her studio is so bright and welcoming, she is so kind and knowledgeable about her craft, and her *skills* are simply unmatched! I work with my hands daily and I'm pretty rough with them, so I wanted to treat myself with some cute little Halloween/Birthday nails that were still manageable and not a burden to wear. Chloe walked me through the designs I showed her and we made a whole plan for each finger and I'm obsessed ?
