We were extremely disappointed with Central Lightning Protection.
They charged significantly more than their competitors but convinced us that paying extra meant higher quality. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When the job was finished, I couldn’t believe my eyes — it looked as if they chose to run the wires in the most visible, unattractive way possible.
I called the owner and asked if someone could come by to see what I was referring to. She was curt and said they were very busy but would send someone in about three weeks. That was months ago, in July, and we’ve still heard nothing. Not even a follow-up phone call!

We just had a brand new system installed on our home after having the roof completely replaced. They were a pleasure to work with onsite, and with the multiple vendors coming and going between the roof replacement, ceiling repairs, mold remediation, painting, new gutters... They were the only vendor we didn't have a single issue with! Plus, they were very mindful of where the grounding rods went in the ground to avoid irrigation and other pool lines. And the overall installation was very thorough and professionally done. They were slightly more than the other bids we received, but so glad we went with them, as we definitely got our money's worth! Thank You!
Edit: The company said they would put me on a service call list and I declined. I was never offered that. They even said they wouldn't put me on a list, because they are too busy. I desperately need the lightning system serviced, so I would have taken the option to be placed on a list.I called this company based on the 5 star reviews I see on Google and I left a message. Four days later, I call back because I didn't hear from them. I was told they are too busy and would not schedule an appointment for me. I asked why she didn't call me back, and she said she's too busy to make call backs. Then hire more staff!! So unimpressed with this company.
